The Impressionist's Garden NotecardsThe emergence of the Impressionist movement in France during the late 19th century coincided with a significant transformation to the physical landscape of Paris and its surroundings, as a revolution in the style and nature of public parks took place and a renewed interest in horticulture and gardening emerged. Collected here are 20 notecards featuring five works by artists such as Claude Monet, Edgar Degas, and more, all from The Met collection and showcasing the attraction and charm of flowers, parks, and gardens.
